This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product, Prediction Markets in the United States.

This role offers the chance to define and execute the product strategy for real-time market applications at the cutting edge of blockchain technology. You will work closely with engineering, ecosystem, and business teams to translate innovative microchain infrastructure into impactful products, from prediction markets to trading primitives and perpetuals. This is a high-impact leadership role where your strategic vision and hands-on product expertise will directly shape the next generation of real-time market platforms. The position is fully remote, giving you flexibility while collaborating with a globally distributed team of builders, developers, and early adopters.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute product vision for real-time, market-based blockchain applications.
• Partner with engineering and ecosystem teams to launch developer tools, SDKs, and APIs that simplify building prediction markets and trading primitives.
• Work with early builders and partners to identify emerging opportunities in trading, forecasting, and incentive-driven coordination.
• Develop clear product narratives, documentation, and communication to showcase technical and economic advantages to developers and market creators.
• Establish feedback loops by engaging directly with builders, users, and the community.
• Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, business development, and marketing to drive ecosystem adoption.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization in preparation for mainnet launch and beyond.

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in DeFi, trading systems, or prediction markets.
• Deep understanding of onchain market design, liquidity mechanics, and incentive alignment.
• Technical fluency in blockchain architecture or distributed systems; experience with Rust-based protocols is a plus.
• Proven track record in early-stage product discovery and execution in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strategic thinker with a builder’s mindset, able to connect technical innovation to user and market outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills with a bias toward action and clarity.
• Passion for working in high-growth, frontier technologies and engaging with developer and user communities.
