Head of Growth - Remote from Anywhere

As the Head of Growth, you will be the driving force behind subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion for a fast-paced, high-impact organization. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape strategy, brand presence, and market positioning while working closely with the founding team. You will lead data-driven growth and marketing initiatives, optimize the customer lifecycle, and execute high-performing campaigns across multiple channels. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a startup mindset who thrives in an environment where bold goals and rapid execution are the norm. You will play a central role in scaling a product with global reach and transforming it into a household name.

Accountabilities

• Own overall revenue growth targets and define strategies to achieve them.
• Develop and execute acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention initiatives backed by strong data analysis.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing, including email, SMS, and other channels, to boost user retention.
• Build and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Identify and test new growth channels, ensuring resources are focused on high-impact opportunities.
• Partner with content, product, engineering, SEO, and customer success teams to drive subscription growth and satisfaction.
• Strengthen brand presence on social media and in the broader market.
• Lead cross-functional projects that enhance user experience and improve funnel performance.

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2C subscription growth marketing, preferably in content-driven or product-led growth.
• Proven success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing performance marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and act quickly on findings.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with an entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
• Skilled in testing, launching, and scaling multiple marketing channels from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into action fast.
• Goal-oriented, adaptable to change, and motivated by ambitious targets.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to collaborate across teams.
