As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-native applications. You will work across the full technology stack — from front-end frameworks to complex back-end systems — while driving adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies. This position involves leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the modernization of enterprise platforms that support critical business missions. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and cloud-native software applications.
• Support the evolution and performance of enterprise-grade systems through architecture design and cloud infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Lead the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML tools, to enhance platform performance and innovation.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage databases and containerized environments.
• Conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and maintain documentation to ensure code reliability and best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance software scalability and maintainability.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full stack development, with strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Framework), Python (Django, Flask), and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of API design, testing frameworks, and version control systems such as Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• AWS certifications and exposure to GenAI tools are considered strong assets.
