The Specialist will work across the full development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and designing user experiences to coding, testing, and deployment. Accountabilities

As a Full Stack Developer & UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design and development decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, maintaining design consistency via style guides and design systems.
• Develop responsive and scalable applications using C# .NET, TypeScript, Angular, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, QA testers, and architects to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct usability testing, iterate on designs, and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Research and implement best practices, design patterns, and development strategies.
• Contribute to project planning, providing level-of-effort estimates and technical recommendations.

Candidates should have:

• US citizenship and eligibility for IT-II security clearance or current NACLC; active Secret clearance preferred.
• One of the approved 8570 Baseline Certifications: IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in both UI/UX design and full stack development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma; prototyping tools: InVision, Marvel, Axure.
• Expertise in HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), C# .NET, and ORM tools like ADO.NET and Entity Framework.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies.
