The Director, Global Business Product Owner will lead the strategic vision and execution of CRM initiatives within a large-scale marketing transformation program. You will serve as the voice of the business, translating global business objectives into actionable requirements, prioritized features, and measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes driving customer engagement, optimizing business processes, and delivering ROI through effective CRM capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and service operations, to ensure the successful adoption of solutions and alignment with corporate goals. The position demands agile product management expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder influence in a dynamic, global environment. With a focus on innovation, process improvement, and measurable business value, you will play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement platforms.
· Develop and maintain the global CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery of measurable value.
· Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
· Serve as the primary liaison between global business units, IT, and program teams, ensuring collaboration and timely decision-making.
· Lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and validation exercises to ensure CRM solutions meet business objectives.
· Collaborate within agile teams to deliver capabilities on time, reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and quality standards.
· Support change management initiatives, user adoption, and continuous improvement across the CRM product lifecycle.
· Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics, driving data-informed decisions and value realization for CRM initiatives.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, CRM product management, marketing, or related roles.
· Proven experience leading complex global initiatives and managing large-scale product portfolios.
· Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.
· Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, capable of presenting at the senior executive level.
· Experience with digital channels, intelligent automation, data engineering, and emerging technologies is desirable.
· Willingness to travel approximately 25% for business needs.
· Competitive base salary range: $120,000 – $207,000, based on experience and location.
