Digital Program Manager - REMOTE

• Project planning and execution by collaborating with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project management plan
• Track project progress, including task completion and milestone achievement
• Manage resource allocation and optimize utilization throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct proactive risk management and monitor potential risks
• Oversee additional projects in support of the process and systems transformation program
• Communicate expectations clearly to project team members and instill accountability
• Resolve conflicts and motivate teams towards common goals
• Manage multiple projects and tasks using effective organization and prioritization

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years
• Project management expertise including CORE or equivalent certifications (like Six Sigma or Change Management)
• Strong knowledge of SAP and prior implementation experience
• Experience with multiple project methodologies, including waterfall and agile
• Ability to travel approximately 25% - 40%
