As a Data Strategist, you will transform complex datasets into actionable insights that guide marketing, product, and business decisions. By combining advanced quantitative analyses with human-centered qualitative research, you will identify trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities that enhance engagement, retention, and revenue. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, media, and analytics engineering, to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations. You will craft compelling narratives and executive communications that translate analytical findings into strategic actions. · Translate conceptual business questions into data-driven analyses that generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
· Develop executive memos, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate data narratives to internal and external stakeholders.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to shape, validate, and implement solutions based on audience and data insights.
· Lead client discovery sessions to clarify objectives, identify data gaps, and define segmentation frameworks.
· Provide consultative, data-driven guidance to clients, prospects, and internal teams using clear storytelling.
· Track emerging trends in consumers, channels, and competitors, contributing to thought leadership and best practices.
· Collaborate with product management to inform the development of new data and marketing solutions.
· 5+ years of experience working with consumer data, with a focus on marketing applications.
· Strong knowledge of consumer data, identity management, and marketing technology landscape in the U.S.
· Proven experience in a solutions-based or sales support role with a track record of success.
· Solid understanding of direct marketing principles, digital media, and industry trends.
· Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
· Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve client and organizational objectives.
· Proficiency in Office365, AI tools, data visualization platforms, and the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
· Experience in audience design, segmentation, personalization, optimization, and measurement.
