Cloud Strategist (Remote - US)

In this role, you will help organizations define and implement strategic cloud adoption initiatives that transform how they operate and innovate. You will work closely with business and technical leaders to translate complex cloud capabilities into measurable business value. By leveraging Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform, you will guide clients in optimizing infrastructure, enhancing collaboration, and developing innovative solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape cloud roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and serve as a trusted advisor at the executive level. Your expertise in cloud security, governance, and cost optimization will ensure long-term success for both clients and the broader team.

Accountabilities

As a Cloud Strategist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing cloud strategies tailored to client business objectives.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, including C-level executives, to align cloud initiatives with organizational goals.
• Translating technical solutions into clear, outcome-driven business value.
• Creating Statements of Work (SOWs) in partnership with team members to drive cohesive, strategic projects.
• Presenting real-world examples and use cases that highlight the impact of cloud adoption.
• Identifying opportunities for additional services that enhance client success.
• Staying current with Microsoft’s evolving cloud ecosystem and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 7–10 years of IT experience, including 3–5 years in cloud strategy or architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Proven success in client-facing consulting or digital transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing and the ability to advise clients effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (equivalent experience considered); advanced degree (MBA or MIS) is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications in Azure, M365, or Power Platform are highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and executive teams.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments and a strong customer-first mindset.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain federal clearance if necessary.
