You'll play a critical role in converting inbound calls into actionable leads, supporting vital towing operations nationwide. With 24/7 operations and shift flexibility, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, tech-enabled environments. Accountabilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
  • Identify customer needs effectively and offer solutions aligned with towing services.
  • Convert calls into quality leads and ensure accurate job creation and assignment.
  • Operate within a shift-based schedule supporting a 24/7 call center across Pacific Time operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and clarity in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately log interactions and ensure timely escalation when needed.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or inbound sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Reliable remote setup including:
    • Minimum Computer Specs:
      • Intel: i7 8th gen+ or i5 10th gen+, 12GB RAM, 128GB SSD+, 2GB graphics.
      • AMD: Ryzen 5/7/9 (3600 series+), 12GB RAM, 128GB SSD+, 2GB graphics.
      • Mac: i5/i7/M1/M2 with 12GB RAM, 128GB SSD+, 2GB graphics.
    • Primary Internet Requirements: Jitter <10ms, Latency <160ms, Upload >25 Mbps, Download >40 Mbps.
    • Internet Backup: Same minimum standards as primary connection.
    • Power Backup: Backup solution to cover an 8-hour shift (e.g., generator, solar power, inverter — UPS not sufficient).
  • Comfortable working Pacific Time-based shifts in a fully remote environment.
