This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge legal expertise and emerging AI technologies, driving responsible and effective AI adoption across a legal department. You will guide attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations teams in applying AI tools safely while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards. The position focuses on shaping workflows, developing training programs, and promoting innovative yet responsible AI practices. You will act as a trusted advisor on AI in legal contexts, creating resources, campaigns, and events that amplify productivity without compromising professional integrity. This is a high-impact role where you can directly influence both the adoption of AI and the maturity of governance practices in a regulated environment. Collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking are essential to succeed.


  • Accountabilities:
  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions on AI tools for legal workflows.
  • Develop role-specific learning paths, quick-start guides, and short video tutorials for legal professionals.
  • Support internal AI Champions and communities of practice to share responsible AI patterns.
  • Provide one-on-one guidance to attorneys and staff on AI applications for drafting, research, discovery, and matter management.
  • Partner with senior legal and compliance leaders to contextualize AI use in client-sensitive and regulated environments.
  • Lead adoption campaigns and innovation events such as prompt-a-thons or “AI in a Day” workshops.
  • Maintain ongoing communication through newsletters, office hours, and intranet updates to sustain engagement and reinforce ethical AI use.
  • Prototype simple low-code/no-code solutions for recurring legal workflows using approved enterprise platforms.
  • Collaborate with change-management, risk, and IT teams to ensure alignment with corporate policy, security standards, and privilege obligations.
  • Gather feedback, monitor AI usage, and refine adoption programs to promote both compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in legal practice, title-insurance operations, or legal technology adoption.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) and prompt-engineering concepts.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Understanding of responsible AI frameworks, model governance, data privacy, and attorney-client privilege considerations.
  • Strong ability to translate technical AI concepts into actionable guidance for legal professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training, workshops, and events.
