Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets as set by the company (no need to visit clients in person)
  • Introduce and promote product information, platform activities, and various promotions to customers
  • Oversee and coordinate the sales process through to completion
  • Provide professional customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Participate in weekly sales planning meetings
  • Attend domestic and international trade shows and assist in planning marketing activities
  • Open to new graduates or individuals with no prior experience
  • Proficiency in English and/or Chinese is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills, energetic, sales-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong skills in communication, product presentation, and negotiation
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow personally and professionally
  • Interested in and keeps up with global financial market news
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve
  • Experience in trading or having worked at a Forex brokerage will be considered a plus
