About the Role:
As the Podcast Host & Business Development Lead, you’ll be the voice behind engaging weekly interviews with senior executives, helping to shape the narrative around industry innovation while also driving strategic business relationships. You'll lead insightful conversations, build long-term rapport with guests, and represent the brand with confidence and clarity. This unique hybrid role combines storytelling with relationship-building, making it a key player in both content strategy and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Host 10 high-quality podcast interviews per week with senior professionals in HR, marketing, and startups.
Lead engaging, thoughtful conversations that align with the brand’s voice and audience interests.
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with podcast guests before, during, and after interviews.
Act as a brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the company’s values, tone, and strategic direction.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth recording, editing, and publishing processes.
Follow up with guests to explore partnership or business development opportunities.
Stay current on trends in HR, B2B marketing, and startups to inform episode themes and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Comfortable on camera and behind the mic, with a polished, engaging presence.
2+ years of experience in podcasting, media, sales, partnerships, or a client-facing role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume schedule.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a genuine interest in relationship-building and business development.
Professional and confident when engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
Familiarity with podcasting tools, scheduling software, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Background in HR tech, SaaS, or B2B content creation is a bonus, but not required.
