Pay (Compensation & Benefits):
Hourly Pay Range:
$30.60/hr (min)
$45.90/hr (max based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
+ $4.25/hr for Nights
+ $3.00/hr for Weekends (for 4+ productive hours)
Incentives:

We are looking for experienced, energetic Emergency Room RNs who are eager to join a fast-paced, award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for those who excel in high-pressure situations and enjoy caring for diverse patient needs, ranging from minor injuries to critical conditions. As an ER RN, you will be essential in triaging, assessing, and providing immediate, high-quality care.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, and deliver high-quality care to patients across all age groups
Manage multiple cases from minor injuries to critical illness
Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and document responses
Provide thorough discharge instructions and make necessary referrals
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff during emergency situations
Follow safety protocols, HIPAA standards, and infection control guidelines
Educate patients and families on conditions, procedures, and care plans
Participate in continued education and professional development
Support patient advocacy and facility initiatives
Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)
Licensure: Florida RN license or Compact RN license required (must convert within 60 days)
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) – within 30 days of start
ACLS (AHA) – within 90 days of start
PALS or ENPC – within 90 days of start
TNCC – within 6 months of start
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) – within 6 months of start
Additional: Paramedic background is a plus
