You’ll work closely with the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, coordinating essential faculty processes such as hiring, promotion and tenure, and data reporting. As the primary liaison between college leadership, academic units, and the university’s Faculty Affairs Office, you’ll play a key role in supporting faculty success and ensuring smooth, strategic operations.
