Strive Pharmacy is dedicated to providing a personalized approach to healthcare through its innovative medical SaaS platform. They are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create user-centered designs that enhance productivity in high-stakes environments.

Skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, etc.)
Strong CSS skills including proficiency with Tailwind CSS
Knowledge of information architecture principles
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Design comprehensive user experiences for our medical SaaS platform including information architecture and user flows
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency
Prioritize accessibility in all designs

Education

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
