About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and drive growth by connecting with a wide range of brands and companies. Your main mission will be to secure partnerships and integrate their product catalogs into our app and website, helping us offer a richer, more diverse experience to every user.
In this role, we're counting on you to:
- Cold call potential Spanish retail partners to introduce our services, schedule follow-up calls, and guide them through the full onboarding process to the ComAve platform.
- Collaborate with your assigned retailers to set clear expectations around service delivery, helping to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive retailer growth across Europe.
- Prepare and present sales reports as needed.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Occasionally attend in-person events to close deals directly in the field.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in sales
- Strong networking skills, especially in the Lifestyle, Fashion, Sports, Tech, and Beauty sectors
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to sell and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
- Skilled in Excel
- Experience using CRM tools
- Strong relationship management and rapport-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales
- Hardworking with a 'get the job done at all costs' attitude
- Resilient, competitive and exceptionally target driven
- Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet
- The ability to move quickly to meet short lead times for proposals, ensuring client objectives are met
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of a third language
