About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and drive growth by connecting with a wide range of brands and companies. Your main mission will be to secure partnerships and integrate their product catalogs into our app and website, helping us offer a richer, more diverse experience to every user.

In this role, we're counting on you to: 

  • Cold call potential Spanish retail partners to introduce our services, schedule follow-up calls, and guide them through the full onboarding process to the ComAve platform.
  • Collaborate with your assigned retailers to set clear expectations around service delivery, helping to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive retailer growth across Europe. 
  • Prepare and present sales reports as needed.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity.
  • Occasionally attend in-person events to close deals directly in the field.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in sales 
  • Strong networking skills, especially in the Lifestyle, Fashion, Sports, Tech, and Beauty sectors
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to sell and present ideas effectively to diverse audiences
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Strong relationship management and rapport-building skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales 
  • Hardworking with a 'get the job done at all costs' attitude  
  • Resilient, competitive and exceptionally target driven 
  • Fast learner with the ability to think on your feet 
  • The ability to move quickly to meet short lead times for proposals, ensuring client objectives are met 

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of a third language
  • Previous experience in sales within a marketplace environment
  • Familiarity with fast-paced or startup environments
