• Job Summary: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is a strategic thinker who can design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media, email, and content marketing
• Key Responsibilities: Create social media platform plans based on marketing strategy; develop, implement, and manage multiple social media platforms; conduct market research to understand target audiences, needs, and preferences; set measurable goals and KPIs; analyze social media insights and engagement metrics to understand audience behavior; create and execute Facebook Ad campaigns and campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn; issue creative social media content according to marketing plan; set up and optimize company pages to increase visibility; measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns; enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers; evaluate competitors’ digital marketing strategies; use data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau for interactive reports; manage outsourced individuals as needed; participate in organizing offline events as needed

• Required Qualifications: BSc degree in any related field; minimum 4 years experience as a social media specialist in the industrial field; excellent English command; strong knowledge of all social media platforms and best practices; strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics and analytics; good knowledge of SEO; strong knowledge of selecting buyer personas; strategic thinker; strong analytical mindset; attention to details; strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; residents of Obour city or nearby
