The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Vice President, US Market Access, the Senior Director, Oncology & Provider Accounts will serve as a strategic enterprise leader responsible for driving Revolution Medicines’ access strategy, engagement, and performance across all community and institutional oncology provider segments, including GPOs, national aggregators, and large practice networks. This role will lead a national team of account directors and partner closely with cross-functional leadership in Commercial, Medical Affairs, Payer Strategy, Trade, and Government Affairs to shape and execute comprehensive market access initiatives that ensure broad patient access to our oncology portfolio. The Senior Director will also serve as a key external ambassador, cultivating C-suite partnerships with healthcare organizations, while directly influencing corporate decisions through strategic insights and performance analyses.
Leads and scales a high-performing national account team, providing coaching, direction, and career development aligned with company values and leadership expectations.
Executes GPO and Provider Account strategies to ensure patient access to Revolution Medicines products.
Provides insights and strategic team direction.
Identifies GPO and Provider Account meeting sponsorship opportunities and in-practice program opportunities.
Identifies new opportunities for strategic partnership and portfolio expansion within accounts.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with C-Suite decision-makers, influencers, and clinical leaders within GPOs and key Provider Account stakeholders.
Functions as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights on product access, reimbursement, and clinical value.
Tracks and analyze account performance against targets.
Manages and deliver business reviews with GPOs and key stakeholders.
Provides regular updates to senior leadership on opportunities, risks, and results within the community oncology segment.
Negotiates and ensure the successful execution of contracts with assigned GPOs and help to drive pull-through efforts with the broader Commercial organization.
Monitors and ensure GPO contract performance.
Stays informed on healthcare trends, oncology therapeutic areas, competitive landscape, and evolving GPO dynamics.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
10+ years of progressive experience in oncology market access, GPO and provider account management, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role overseeing national account strategy.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing access strategies across multiple product launches, preferably in oral targeted oncology therapies.
Experience with day-to-day management of systems and vendor partners.
Deep understanding of community and institutional oncology dynamics, reimbursement pathways, and evolving value-based care frameworks.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams within a matrixed, fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environment.
Extensive experience with contract negotiation, performance analytics, and access modeling for oncology products.
Consistent history leading complex accounts and driving revenue growth.
Experience with utilizing data to generate analysis to support corporate objectives.
Experience with leading customer engagements and negotiation skills.
Record of being a collaborator, and adapting to meet the needs of a growing business
Excellent analytical skills with experience leveraging multiple data sources, platforms, and vendors to drive account performance.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with a high degree of organizational agility.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with oral oncology therapies and targeted treatments for RAS-mutated cancers.
Advanced degree ( MBA, PharmD, etc).
Experience with RAS-mutated cancers and targeted therapy launches.
Familiarity with patient services, hub models, specialty pharmacy dynamics, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
Demonstrated thought leadership or publications in oncology access or value-based care.
Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives during pivotal Phase 3 or commercial launch readiness phases.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $236,000 to $295,000 for candidates based at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the minimum and maximum salary for the position in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
