FP&A Manager Operations

THE ROLE

As a FP&A Manager of Operations you'll play a critical role in the overall financial performance of total product cost of ownership (COGS, Warehousing, Freight). Working closely with Operations and Finance leadership, you’ll support important decisions that accelerate growth and maximize value.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Contribute to and oversee the development of cost of ownership budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support executive leadership by delivering actionable financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive informed decision-making across operations and costing initiatives.
• Prepare freight and warehousing accruals as part of accounting close.
• Develop ongoing financial analysis to monitor spending and assess its effectiveness in driving outcomes.
• Demonstrate initiative and autonomy by taking full ownership of responsibilities while proactively building cross-functional relationships without close guidance or oversight.

YOUR BACKGROUND 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance with 3 years in FP&A capacity of the Operations business function.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint, modeling and report building. Familiarity with NetSuite and BI dashboards preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, cost accounting and capital accounting.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Travel to third party manufacturers and warehouses on an as needed basis.
• Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION: Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $110,000 - $120,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
