Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to ride-sharing operations, app functionality, and account management.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a positive user experience.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with various internal departments to communicate user concerns and improve service.
• Stay informed about updates, promotions, and industry trends related to ride-sharing services.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the transportation or mobile app industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
