German Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing assistance and support regarding their home appliance inquiries. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by helping clients with troubleshooting, product information, and order management. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliance products, features, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to provide a positive experience.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Stay informed about product offerings and home appliance industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A passion for home appliances and the ability to provide effective solutions to customers.
