Job Summary

The Associate Integrated Planning Specialist is responsible for supporting planning processes by building, monitoring, analyzing, and communicating key data for efficient execution of partner plans. Reporting to the Manager of Partner Planning, a Specialist within this team is responsible for the day-to-day active management of the plan, in support of the partner, campaign and brand planning teams. This specialist will conduct on-domain inventory analysis including the build and upload of the on-domain inventory into the shared system. Working in close concert with the partner planners on the team. The Associate Integrated Planning Specialist will assist the Partner Planners during planning season, twice a year part of our all-hands-on deck process.

What you will do

  • Conducts on-domain inventory analysis.
  • Historic research, coop evaluation, collaborates with on-domain leads providing recommendations.
  • Builds and uploads on-domain Inventory.
  • Ad hoc event management.
  • Manages post planned (in plan) events and serves as main contact.
  • Weekly reports- runs, distributes, and monitors reports (new activity & merch confirm) with partner planners.
  • Power BI subject matter expert- owns reporting for partner planning team (includes maintaining relevancy, updating criteria & fields, as well as the “go to” for reporting needs from partner planning team).
  • Assists with partner planning as needed.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing, Marketing, Communication or related or equivalent field, OR
  • 4 years of experience in data entry and project coordination.

Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed

  • 2 years’ proven experience in data entry and project coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships, take initiative, and creatively problem-solve.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working in large matrix environment.
  • Understanding and proficiency in using project management tools including workflow systems like IBM Enterprise Marketing Management - EMM, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Pay range: $46,000-$78,400 depending on experience and skill set
