Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding gaming products, account management, and esports events.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the gaming and esports teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and support.
• Stay informed about the latest gaming trends, products, and esports developments to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of current esports trends.
