Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and usage of smart home devices.
• Provide clear and concise communication to help customers solve technical issues and optimize their smart home experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for meaningful tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to ensure timely resolution of customer challenges.
• Stay informed about the latest smart home technologies and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the technology or smart home sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude with a passion for smart home technologies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
