Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Document interaction details accurately in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues proactively.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in grocery or retail services is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
