Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, installation, and usage of home entertainment systems.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest home entertainment technologies and trends to ensure informed assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the electronics or home entertainment industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• A genuine interest in technology and home entertainment products.
