Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their grocery orders, delivery status, and service policies.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to quickly and efficiently resolve customer issues.
• Stay informed about product availability, promotions, and company policies to provide precise information.
• Build strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the grocery or delivery service sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple inquiries.
