Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product details, returns, and website navigation.
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide valuable assistance.
• Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service and care.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or fashion sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and strong active listening abilities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Genuine interest in providing top-notch customer service and enhancing customer relationships.
