Talent Operations Associate (External Agency Staff)

The NFL is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to join their Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract basis, supporting recruiting and HR processes to enhance employee and candidate experience. This role involves managing job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires, and supporting daily HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Detailed understanding of talent acquisition lifecycle.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Oracle Recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other case management tools is a plus.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong email and phone communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Problem-solving and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Process HR transactions including new hires and rehires.
  • Support talent acquisition by posting job requisitions, managing candidate experience, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of HR data.
  • Maintain employee files, verify I-9s, and complete new hire paperwork on time.
  • Own onboarding process for Game Day Assistant new hires.
  • Lead New Hire Orientation for all employee types.
  • Manage communications with recruiters, HRBPs, hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders with urgency and detail.
  • Use and manage tools for scheduling, hiring, and onboarding effectively.
  • Manage ticket queues in case management tools and respond promptly to requests.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT teams.
  • Support special projects from tactical to strategic levels.
  • Perform related duties as required.
