Recruitment Coordinator - job 1 of 2

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform known for its collaborative and inclusive culture. They seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support their Talent Team by assisting in recruitment processes, candidate communications, and operational tasks within their rapidly growing environment.

Skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
Proficiency in Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Calendar, and Drive
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Support recruiters with daily interview scheduling and candidate communications
Manage recruitment operations including job posting and tracking activities in Workday and Greenhouse systems
Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Facilitate communication and partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and recruitment coordinators
Participate in recruitment process improvement initiatives and projects

Education

Minimum 1 year professional experience in recruiting or coordinator role
