Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSE (Channel Sales Executive) Lead – Europe (End Users) to lead our regional sales team and drive the continued success of our security solutions across the European market.

As a senior sales leader reporting to the EMEA Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving end-user sales growth, managing a team of high-performing sales professionals, and helping shape the strategy and execution of our video and access control business in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a regional team focused on end-user acquisition and sales growth across Europe.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear quarterly and annual targets using tools like Salesforce to track progress.

  • Oversee SalesForce pipeline management, ensuring consistent opportunity creation and proper deal progression by direct reports.

  • Design and execute a scalable, comprehensive sales strategy and practice for the European CSE team.

  • Guide the team in identifying and nurturing relationships with key end user customers to drive long-term growth.

  • Manage quota attainment across Senior Sales Directors and other key team members, aligning with broader organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with leadership to create annual business plans and territory strategies.

  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented work environment that promotes accountability, creativity, and mutual success.

  • Provide market feedback and strategic insights on customer requirements, competitive trends, and new product opportunities.

  • Actively participate in trade shows, end user customer engagements, and marketing events to promote the brand and solutions.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including product, engineering, and operations to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.


Basic Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of experience in End User sales including experience of the video security solution sales or a related field.

  • Proven leadership experience in building, managing, and scaling high-performing sales teams in complex enterprise environments.

  • A basic understanding of the video surveillance and access control industry.

  • A deep understanding of the landscape of the End User market

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies, lead execution, and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric, and growth-focused organization.

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 80% across the European region.
