Inside Sales Representative

LifePro Recruitment LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to bolster our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a crucial part in converting leads into valuable partnerships. Your ability to connect with potential clients and communicate our unique services will drive our recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming leads and conduct follow-up calls to convert prospects into clients
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer client inquiries to foster trust and understanding
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas set by management
  • Share market insights and feedback to improve our services and sales strategy

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed
