Role: Amazon Case Specialist
Hours: 8am - 4pm Mountain Standard Time
Hourly Wage: $6 - $9 (negotiable based on experience)
Lago is seeking an Amazon Case Specialist to join our dynamic ecommerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues through the Amazon platform. Your ability to analyze problems and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be essential in providing the best possible service and support to our customers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a deep understanding of Amazon’s policies and processes.
What You’ll Do:
As an Amazon Case Specialist, you will handle a variety of cases escalated from customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment, account health, and policy compliance.
