Define and lead the AMER/LATAM Live Training strategy
Deliver impactful virtual and in-person customer and partner training sessions
Hire, develop, and manage a team of customer training specialists
Ensure team-wide product mastery and training quality
Oversee regional scheduling, delivery, and operational logistics of instructor-led training
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
