As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll build scalable, high-impact features across the stack. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers to develop services and UI that elevate our platform. Your work will directly contribute to business-critical features like Identity and Access Control, customer success, and platform growth.
Design and implement features using Java Spring Boot and React/Next.js
Develop and consume RESTful APIs as part of our microservices architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver key initiatives
Contribute to code quality via testing, documentation, and peer reviews
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, optimizing performance
Leverage Kafka, Docker, and Postgres to build robust and scalable services
Deliver with a “Wow the Customer” mindset—creating real value for users
Stay hungry—seek out feedback, learning opportunities, and challenges
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, delivering practical, thoughtful solutions
Use tools, automation, and AI to enhance your work and speed
Thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
3+ years of experience in full stack development or strong project-based experience
Solid skills with Java and Spring Boot
Frontend experience with React.js or Next.js
Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and modern dev workflows
Exposure to Kafka or other event streaming tools
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps best practices
Comfort with frontend/backend testing frameworks (Jest, JUnit, etc.)
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
You’ll hit the ground running by contributing to our Identity and Access Control projects—critical initiatives that underpin user authentication and permissions across the platform.
$125,000-$140,000 CAD
Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
