Business Analyst

Overview

The Business Analyst provides break fix and DevSecOps support of PEO Enterprise – Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A) using established processes, AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool.

Responsibilities

• · Decompose user needs into technical user stories

  · Provide clarity to the team about Army Accession and Recruitment processes

  · Update test scripts

  · Update related epics, features, user stories, and tasks

  · Understands the constraints to deploy software functionality within the Army environment to include cybersecurity and testing requirements

Qualifications

Required:

· BA/BS degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science discipline. An additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.

· 4 years+ of successful agile planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of large-scale projects, with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders;

· 4 years' experience eliciting and documenting user requirements; knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.

· Experience using AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool.

· Demonstrated CI/CD Tools experience using Salesforce, Invicti, Checkmax, Trellix

· Secret Clearance
