Instructure is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to enhance its Partners Program through impactful marketing initiatives, collaboration across teams, and improvement of engagement strategies within the edtech sector.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, managing cross-team collaborations, maintaining project plans, and analyzing performance metrics to improve program success.
Skills: Strong marketing execution experience, proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce, excellent organizational skills, and creativity in content creation are essential for this role.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications along with 5-10+ years of relevant experience, particularly in SaaS or edtech, is preferred.
Location: This is a fully remote position based in the USA.
Compensation: $70000 - $75000 / Annually

The Partners Marketing Manager is a key contributor to the growth and success of Instructure’s Partners program. In this role, you will help bring the value of our ecosystem to life for edtech companies by executing marketing initiatives, enhancing our presence and reach, expanding our partner database, and ensuring programs are launched and supported with excellence.
You will translate the Partners program’s strategy into clear, high-quality outputs: updated web content, compelling case studies, polished collateral, coordinated activities, and operational processes that keep the program running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Content, and Product teams to showcase partner impact, highlight success stories, and support efforts that accelerate partner acquisition and engagement.
This is an ideal position for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and both operationally strong and creatively driven. You should enjoy building processes, executing tasks from start to finish, and finding opportunities to improve how we tell our story and reach edtech companies.

This range reflects our target hiring range, with flexibility based on experience, skills, and market factors.
