Enthuse is an education-led marketing agency. We’re a passionate team of marketers, educators, and instructional designers all dedicated to a singular mission – we teach the world to love our client’s brands.
We’re also one of the fastest growing WBENC-certified, 100% women-owned and led marketing agencies in the United States. So, join us and help create engaging content, delivered by world-class storytellers through unforgettable experiences that drive real business results. And do so while taking pride in the fact that each year, we devote a portion of our profits to help empower other women entrepreneurs who often don’t have equitable access to resources like capital, mentorship, and community.
This role is 2 days per week onsite, at our headquarter offices, located at Hudson Yards (NYC) and the other 3 days are remote.
We’re looking for a designer who finds joy in making messy content make sense—someone who sees a wall of copy, a spreadsheet of stats, or a slide full of bullet points and instinctively knows how to turn it into something clear, beautiful, and smart.
This isn’t just about data. It’s about making sense of all kinds of content—ideas, narratives, insights, information—and designing visual stories that help people quickly understand what matters, and why.
This is a design role, yes—but it’s not just about making things look good. It’s about using design to help people understand better. To take raw content—data, insights, ideas—and turn it into something people actually want to read, engage with, and remember. Presentations, reports, dashboards, training decks... all of it.
You’ll help shape everything from executive presentations to training decks to visual reports and dashboards. Your work will bring structure to chaos, simplify the complex, and make content feel not only digestible—but meaningful.
You’ll work closely with teams across the agency to shape narratives, visualize insights, and elevate how we communicate ideas internally and externally. If you’re someone who loves organizing content, elevating visuals, and helping others communicate more clearly and creatively—this might be the role you’ve been looking for.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
DESIGN SMART, VISUAL-FIRST TOOLS
MAKE THE COMPLEX FEEL SIMPLE
COLLABORATE ACROSS FUNCTIONS
EVOLVE THE CRAFT
