Responsibilities
- Architect and design complex agentic AI systems tailored to healthcare and life sciences needs
- Lead prompt engineering initiatives and develop advanced production-level prompting strategies
- Guide model selection, deployment, optimization and ensure AI system reliability and performance
- Build and maintain production-grade LLM applications using modern Python frameworks and asynchronous systems
- Develop fault-tolerant AI infrastructure with robust queuing and error handling
- Mentor engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions
- Drive adoption of modern agentic AI frameworks and contribute to strategic AI roadmap planning
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field or equivalent practical experience
