We are looking for a software engineer here at ABI, based in Westlake Village, CA. You’ll be working for a busy Commercial Insurance Brokerage that specializes in the "for hire" transportation industry, which includes taxicab, limousine, and rideshare TNC APP based companies. You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Westlake office at least 1 day a week, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment and you’ll be working with an international team with hubs in New York City 🗽, Westlake, CA ⛰️, Dallas, TX ⭐, UK 🇬🇧, and the Netherlands 🇳🇱 who are re-inventing insurance.
Supported by (and reporting to) the software engineering manager, you'll be joining a friendly team of 2 based in Westlake who believe in delivering high-impact, product-first innovative solutions that drive excellence in insurance technology.

What you'll do
As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for delivering high quality code to help improve efficiency of existing processes and deliver new insurance products to market.

What to expect from the process:
Screen & Intro: 30-minute video call with the Talent Team to discuss the role and your experience.
First Interview: 60-minute video call with the software engineering manager and software engineers to delve into the role, including technical questions, team fit and an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Second Interview: 60-minute video call with a call with a member of our software leadership team and People Operations Partner to delve into engineering practises and company fit and opportunity for you to ask questions.
What we offer
Our budget for this role is $80,000 to $130,000 and we will take into account any previous experience and location of work when agreeing on the final offer.
