Radiance is looking for a sharp, versatile Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to support both client and internal creative work. You’ll work closely with our senior designers and strategists to execute brand systems, digital assets, and web design needs. You should be confident in Figma and comfortable working on elevated, varied designs and components.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll contribute to brand design, visual storytelling, and brand decks and guidelines.
Design and refine branded assets across digital platforms (web, social, decks, paid media)
Develop and maintain brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
Support web design and assist with wireframes (bonus if you can build pages in webflow but not mandatory)
Create internal Radiance marketing assets, including case studies, graphics, and presentation decks
Translate creative direction into production-ready designs with minimal oversight
Organize design files within our system (The Source) and ensure consistency across assets
Participate in critiques, contribute to concept development, and support larger campaign work
3–5 years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Advanced Figma skills (component libraries, responsive design, prototyping)
Working knowledge of wireframing and website layout
Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
Ability to interpret brand strategy into clean, compelling visuals
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
Fluent in AI tools like Midjourney to maximize workflows
Bonus: Webflow, Framer, Motion graphics, Canva, Notion, or AI design tools familiarity
