- Oversee day-to-day operations of meeting rooms, tenant lounges, and bookable spaces ensuring high service levels.
- Manage facilities issues, AV troubleshooting, event supplies inventory, and maintain spaces clean and organized.
- Create reports and monitor trends for internal and asset management use.
- Assist broader tenant experience team with community activations or front desk coverage as needed.
