What We Need:

What You'll Do:
Partner with leadership to analyze business operations, sales performance, and campaign outcomes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Leverage AI tools and platforms to automate reporting, uncover insights, and streamline repetitive tasks.
Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency across sales, execution, and campaign recapping.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
Use Excel, AI-enhanced analytics tools, and data visualization platforms to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to align on goals and streamline execution.
Support strategic planning efforts with data modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Maintain organized documentation, meeting notes, and project tracking systems to ensure transparency and accountability.
Coordinate executive team's travel, reservations, and expense reporting.
Partner with Finance to audit billing and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
What You'll Need:
Qualifications
Experience in business analysis, marketing analytics, or operations (automotive or media industry experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Tableau AI, Power BI Copilot) is highly desirable.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with automotive dealerships or advertising/media agencies.
Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, platforms, and performance KPIs.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to tell compelling business stories and recommend next steps.
Comfort using AI to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and generate insights.
