The Testing Platform Manager at iCEV will lead efforts to gain recognition for industry certifications and support certification initiatives through collaboration with state officials and industry partnerships.
Responsibilities: Manage the iCEV Testing Platform, drive state and higher-education recognition for certifications, develop partnerships with industry leaders, and mentor team members.
Skills: Strong management, strategic thinking, communication, and partnership development skills; proactive in enhancing Career & Technical Education programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years in partnership development or business development in an academic setting.
Location: Lubbock, TX, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) after a probationary period.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $100,000.

Job Summary:
The iCEV Testing Platform Manager will be responsible for supporting the iCEV Testing Platform’s efforts in gaining recognition of the industry certifications iCEV hosts. Immediate efforts to gain recognition will include state endorsements of certifications and pursuing higher-education recognition of industry certifications. A long-term effort will include exploring opportunities for industry certifications within work-based learning.
