Skills
- Proven delivery or Agile project management experience in technology environments (Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar).
- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and ability to communicate declarative and programmatic constraints.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience using delivery metrics to guide planning and improve team predictability.
- Ability to balance structured delivery processes with rapid-response business needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a right-sized delivery framework and team rhythms (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Maintain and prioritize a visible Salesforce project backlog that supports quick pivots for urgent needs.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers and mitigate risks to maintain steady throughput.
- Translate business priorities into clear technical work items and align stakeholders with engineering capacity and dependencies.
- Track delivery health metrics (cycle time, throughput, backlog aging) and use insights to improve predictability.
- Coordinate Salesforce releases with admins, developers, and business stakeholders to minimize operational disruption.
- Coach and enable teams on pragmatic Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM, Salesforce Admin/Developer) are a plus but not required
