Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new clients by collecting company and bank information
- Proactively schedule account set-up calls with clients
- Obtain prior recordkeeper documentation and collaborate with Quality Control on benefits analysis
- Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to meet customer needs
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to keep customers engaged and on-track
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability
- Confirm billing information for new clients
- Perform other assigned duties
Education
- Relevant education or equivalent work experience in finance or related fields
