Job Summary
The Business Planner will serve as the right hand to the VP, DT SW, driving alignment across the organization, managing strategic priorities, and enhancing operational effectiveness. Acting as a trusted advisor, integrator, and representative, this person ensures the organization runs smoothly and that vision translates into impact.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Supports the SW leadership team in developing, implementing, and tracking strategic initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare recommendations to inform key decisions .
2. Project & Program Management
Lead or oversee critical cross-functional projects from conception to successful execution.
Track progress, identify roadblocks, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
3. Operational Coordination
Manage the executive calendar, prioritize engagements, and prepare briefing materials.
Manage the budget for the DT SW Organization
Drive process improvements and streamline workflows across teams for greater efficiency.
4. Communications & Liaison
Serve as a central point of communication among the SW leadership staff.
Draft key documents—speeches, reports, presentations—and represent leadership in meetings when necessary.
5. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with internal team members, and external stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor—challenging ideas when needed and synthesizing input across teams.
6. Team Development & Culture
Collaborate with HR to support talent strategy, onboarding, and organizational initiatives.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the organization.
7. Crisis & Risk Management
Anticipate organizational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support crisis response as needed.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA/advanced degree a plus) .
7+ years in strategic, operational, or project leadership roles (consulting, corporate strategy, administration, or equivalent).
Demonstrated project and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives .
Strong written and verbal communicator with high emotional intelligence .
Ability to synthesize diverse information into clear, impactful insights .
High integrity, discretion, and capacity to handle confidential matters.
Experience with budget planning, financial oversight, KPIs, and dashboard creation .
Background fostering organizational culture, talent development, or leadership training .

The base pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
