CX Digital Program Lead

HoneyBook is an AI-powered business management platform for service-based business owners, helping them attract leads, book projects, and manage payments. We are hiring our first-ever CX Digital Program Lead to design and scale in-product, data-driven engagement programs that drive feature adoption, improve retention, and accelerate value realization across the customer journey.

Skills

  • 5+ years in digital customer experience or lifecycle engagement, ideally in SaaS.
  • 2+ years managing in-product engagement platforms (Pendo, Appcues, Intercom).
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytics/experimentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience testing or deploying AI-driven engagement tools with measurable outcomes.
  • Technical aptitude working with APIs, codebases, and Git repositories.
  • Product marketing mindset with messaging and user flow expertise.
  • Strong cross-functional program leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch in-product engagement pathways to drive adoption of critical features (e.g., AI Suite, Business Partner Chat).
  • Define and track KPIs such as campaign-triggered WAU, feature activation, and project/session milestones.
  • Lead experimentation with AI tools (chatbots, LLM-powered guidance) to improve education and retention.
  • Build and iterate in-product journeys using platforms like Pendo or Appcues, ensuring accurate targeting, triggers, and success tracking.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Support to align programs with educational content and product roadmaps.
  • Use product analytics and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact opportunities and iterate on engagement strategies.
  • Own data needs for campaigns, writing SQL queries and validating event data integrations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in analytics, product, or lifecycle marketing are a plus.
