- 5+ years in communications, PR, or social media marketing, ideally in B2B tech
- Proven organic social growth and community activation experience
- Strong short-form writing and storytelling skills
- Practical experience with AI-assisted content workflows and social scheduling/analytics tools
- Platform expertise across LinkedIn, YouTube, Discord, Reddit and other social channels
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow HiveMQ’s presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit, and emerging platforms with consistent brand voice and tone.
- Create, adapt, and publish short-form content tailored to each platform using trends and platform best practices.
- Leverage AI tools to ideate, produce, and schedule content efficiently and inform data-driven optimization.
- Oversee scheduling, campaign execution, and analytics via HubSpot Social or equivalent tools.
- Moderate and cultivate online communities, foster authentic dialogue, and respond to follower inquiries.
- Collaborate with content, community, marketing, and PR teams to align social activities with broader communications goals.
- Lead or support media outreach to secure earned coverage and amplify thought leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant continuing education or certifications in social media, content marketing, or analytics desirable
