Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Hours & Schedule: Full time (Monday – Friday, standard clinic hours, no weekends)

Base Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 / year (plus bonus)

Job Summary:
